4. Sto. Domingo Alliance Gospel Church (Alliance Church)
5. The Jesus Christ Of Nazareth Baptist Church (Nazareth)
6. The Jesus Christ Good Shepherd (TJC Good Shepherd)

Tournament Format:
1. Each bracket will play a single round robin (Each church-team will play a minimum of
five (5) games.
2. Top four (4) church-teams in each bracket will proceed to the quarterfinal round.
3. Quarterfinal round will be a crossover match (i.e. A1 vs B4; A2 vs B3; A3 vs B2 &
A4 vs B1). Winners will proceed to the semifinal round for a knockout game.
4. Church-teams who wins the semifinal round will proceed to the best-of-three
championship round while the losing church-teams will play for third place.
